By accessing or using CampusKart (the "Platform") to browse, order, or pay for products or print jobs from any campus shop listed here, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

CampusKart is a marketplace that connects students with independent campus shops. Each shop is responsible for its own product listings, pricing, stock and quality. CampusKart facilitates discovery, ordering, payment collection and delivery coordination on behalf of these shops.

Access is via phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders are placed only after payment is successfully completed through our payment partner, Razorpay. No order is created or sent to a shop until payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include a delivery fee as set by the shop or Platform.

Delivery is available only within a shop's configured campus delivery radius. Orders placed from outside this radius, or while a shop is marked closed, will not be accepted. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary with order volume and shop availability.

Files uploaded for printing are used solely to fulfil your print order. Page count, print type (black & white/colour, single/double-sided) and pricing are calculated automatically at the rates displayed at the time of upload. Please review your file and page range carefully before confirming — printed documents cannot be reprinted for free due to a selection error on your part.

An order can be cancelled by the student only while it is still in the "Placed" state, before the shop confirms it. Once an order is confirmed, out for delivery, or delivered, it cannot be self-cancelled — contact support instead. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including placing fraudulent orders, uploading unlawful content for printing, or attempting to circumvent payment, geofencing or security controls.

CampusKart facilitates transactions between students and independent campus shops and is not liable for the quality of products sold by a shop beyond facilitating refunds/replacements as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To the extent permitted by law, CampusKart's liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
