Past/completed deliveries are shown to delivery partners without your name or phone number — only order ID, date, item count and status are retained in their history view.

Files uploaded for printing are stored only as long as needed to fulfil the print job and are automatically deleted from storage 7 days after the linked order is marked delivered.

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider using industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit. We restrict access to personal data to what each role (student, shop admin, delivery partner) needs to perform its function.
